Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile-metrix service available at https://mobile-metrix.norelabs.com, the hosted MCP endpoint at https://api.mobile-metrix.norelabs.com, and any related software, documentation, and web pages (together, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Norelabs, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (“Norelabs”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@norelabs.com.

By installing, connecting, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

mobile-metrix is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows you to query analytics data from third-party platforms — including Google Analytics 4, RevenueCat, and Apple Search Ads — from within an AI client of your choice (for example Claude Code, Cursor, or Claude Desktop). The Service acts as an intermediary between your AI client and those third-party APIs, using credentials you authorise via OAuth.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is intended for professional, business, and development use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to both you and that organisation.

3. Your Install and Account Identity

The Service does not require a traditional user account. Instead, a random install identifier (install_id) is generated on your device the first time you use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your install_id reasonably confidential; anyone in possession of it can make queries against your connected platforms up to the limits of your subscription.

4. Third-Party Platforms

To use the Service, you connect third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics) by granting us read-only OAuth access. You are solely responsible for:

  • having the right to grant that access;
  • complying with the terms of service of each connected platform;
  • revoking access when it is no longer needed.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, RevenueCat, Apple, or any other third-party platform. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, accuracy, or pricing of those platforms. Their APIs may change, degrade, or become unavailable without notice, and your use of the Service is subject to those platforms’ terms and rate limits.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Tier

5.1 Free tier

Each new install receives a limited number of free queries, as displayed on our pricing page. Once the free allowance is exhausted, further queries require an active paid subscription.

5.2 Paid subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, features, and query limits are those displayed on https://mobile-metrix.norelabs.com/pricing at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under Polish consumer law. However, by purchasing the Service and starting to use it within that period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period (Art. 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). Outside of statutory rights, payments are non-refundable. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you broader rights, those rights apply.

5.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase that are not collected by Stripe on our behalf. Where we are required to charge Polish VAT or EU VAT-OSS, it will be itemised on your invoice.

5.6 Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Changes will not affect your current billing period; we will notify you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

6. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Norelabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes during your active subscription.

6.1 Device limit

Each paid license may be bound to a maximum of three (3) devices. A device is identified by a hash of its operating system and hostname. If you exceed this limit, the Service may refuse additional connections until you release a bound device through the management page.

6.2 No sub-licensing

You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Service or your install_id to any third party. Access to the Service must be tied to you or your organisation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export controls and sanctions;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or billing mechanisms;
  • use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content;
  • use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others;
  • scrape or bulk-export analytics data from connected platforms in a way that violates those platforms’ terms;
  • share, resell, or make available your install_id or license key to any party other than devices you control.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this section.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, APIs, documentation, branding, and website content — are and remain the exclusive property of Norelabs or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited license in Section 6.

Any analytics data returned to you through the Service is owned by you or by the third-party platform from which it originates; Norelabs claims no ownership over it.

Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by Norelabs without obligation or compensation.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available at https://mobile-metrix.norelabs.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during planned maintenance, due to third-party outages, or for reasons outside our reasonable control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Beta and Experimental Features

Some features may be offered on a beta, preview, or experimental basis. Such features are provided “as is”, without any warranty, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Norelabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that analytics data returned from connected platforms will be accurate or complete. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norelabs’ total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Norelabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Polish law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Norelabs from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your install. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your payment fails. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17) will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered address of Norelabs in Poland, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of habitual residence if required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norelabs regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

Notices. Notices to Norelabs must be sent to support@norelabs.com. We may send notices to you via email or by posting on the website.
